In an increasingly competitive job market, MBA students are constantly trying to distinguish themselves, and this year’s organizing team does just that.

Kelly Patrick
Organizer - Sponsorship and Public Relations
Whether as a gold-medal winning athlete in squash at the Pan-American Games, or raising $4 million in seed capital for a start-up software company, Kelly is committed to excellence. A University of Alberta graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics, Kelly has worked as a business analyst in Calgary, Alberta. Most recently, Kelly worked for CIBC World Markets while pursuing his John Molson MBA. Upon graduation, Kelly plans to pursue a career in the financial sector.

Geoffrey Kalil
Organizer - Judges and Events
Geoffrey graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Economics. Prior to entering the John Molson MBA Program, he worked as a Senior Auditor for Wasserman Stotland Bratt Grossbaum. A Montrealer at heart, Geoff has been an active member of the community, serving as a director of the LCC Alumni Committee and Hockey League, and director and treasurer of the Junior Associates of Cedars Cancer Institute. Geoffrey is also a founding member of the annual Peter Assaly Memorial Golf Tournament that raises funds for leukemia research and patient needs.

Anna Gunaratnam
Organizer - Marketing and Volunteers
A veteran of the John Molson MBA-ICC experience, after serving as an executive assistant last year, Anna is a Concordia’s Fine Arts graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Photography. She continues to pursue artistic endeavors. Prior to entering the MBA program, Anna was a manager for Gap Inc. both in Canada and the UK. Anna also served as a member of Gap Canada’s Organization Health Committee.

Caitlin Patterson
Organizer - Schools and Cases
A Boston native, Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies from the University of California Santa Cruz while working in the gourmet coffee industry and developing ideas about the correlation between HR and the creation of enthusiastically satisfied customers in the progressive corporate culture that Starbucks Coffee Company provided. She then lived and worked in Nairobi, Kenya for three years before moving to Montreal. While at JMSB Caitlin has been an active member of the John Molson community, she is VP-Events for the John Molson MBA Society and has also worked with the Alumni Association on events to nurture sustainable relationships.
