Quebec City, Quebec, March 2 -- Reigning Canadian Rally Champion Pat Richard won the 10th edition of the Rallye International de Quebec on Sunday by 3 minutes over six-time U.S. Champion Paul Choiniere of Shelburne, Vermont. Driving a Subaru WRX, Richard of Whistler, B.C. took the lead of the two day event on Sunday morning and never looked back despite running a good portion of the last stage at Lac des Neiges with a flat tire.
