City, Quebec, March 2 -- Reigning Canadian Rally Champion
Pat Richard won the 10th edition of the Rallye International
de Quebec on Sunday by 3 minutes over six-time U.S. Champion
Paul Choiniere of Shelburne, Vermont. Driving a Subaru WRX,
Richard of Whistler, B.C. took the lead of the two day event
on Sunday morning and never looked back despite running a
good portion of the last stage at Lac des Neiges with a flat
tire.

finished third driving a Mitsubishi Lancer EVO on Sunday at
the Rallye International de Quebec only three seconds behind
American Paul Choiniere of Shelburne, Vermont. The race was
won by reigning Canadian Rally Champion Pat Richard of Whistle
B.C. by 3 minutes over six-time U.S. rally Champion Choiniere.
